If you contact us about stocking Goccio, we collect your name, your restaurant or bar, your email and, where you place an order, a delivery address and billing details. We use them to answer you, arrange samples, deliver orders and invoice for them. Nothing else.
If you join the list at the foot of the page, we keep the email address you give us and use it to write to you about launches and new pours, a few emails a year. Every email includes a way to come off the list, and asking once at un@remove.this.goccio.co.uk does the same.
We never see or store card details, there are none. Trade accounts are invoiced and settled by bank transfer, so all we hold is the invoice record and the payment reference.
The enquiry form on this page is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, which passes the message on and does not use it for anything else.
We only email you about your enquiry, your orders and your invoices. No marketing unless you ask for it.
One essential cookie, and it is ours: it remembers whether you said yes or no to analytics, so the notice does not ask you again. It holds nothing else, and it is the only cookie set unless you agree to analytics.
If you do agree, Google Analytics is loaded and sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. It never runs before you agree, and choosing no means it is never loaded at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
We keep invoice and order records for as long as UK tax law requires, and contact details only while we are trading or talking. You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time: un@remove.this.goccio.co.uk.
